Our company was founded in 2018 and since then we have developed a reputation for delivering high-quality homes that exceed our clients’ expectations. The Team

Zouk Homes is founded by its Director Shoukry Marzouk, who graduated from RMIT University with a Bachelor of Civil Engineering and Infrastructure. Shoukry has over 11 years’ experience working across various sectors of the construction industry, managing construction programs upwards of $30+ million. Our founding director is both a registered builder (CDB-U 75890) and a registered engineer (PE0006193).

His foundation of knowledge and experience sets the standard for the company, ensuring that our client’s expectations are exceeded. As an engineer, Shoukry values the finer details in what makes every project unique. This makes for the perfect skillset to manage both design and construction elements of the build.
